How far in advance should I order a cake?
Wedding cakes require 3-6 months notice. Birthday cakes need minimum 2 weeks for complex designs or 5 days for standard orders. Early booking ensures availability.
Can you accommodate food allergies?
While we cannot guarantee nut-free environments, we clearly disclose all ingredients. We avoid cross-contamination but cannot offer gluten-free or vegan options.
Do you deliver cakes?
Wedding cakes include delivery and setup service. For other orders, collection from Milton Keynes is preferred but local delivery may be arranged with prior agreement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We require 50% deposit via bank transfer or cash, with final payment due on collection. Wedding cake deposits are 25% with staged payments for larger orders.
