Staff Preparedness and Child Treatment
The reviews suggest that some staff members may not be well-prepared to deal with children, particularly those with unique needs. Valentina Baciu's review mentions that her 3-year-old child was put on time-out from the 3rd day at the nursery, even though he had never been in a nursery before. This has led to her child becoming upset and crying when seeing the nursery gates.
Teaching Quality
On the other hand, some reviews praise the teaching quality at Deanesfield Primary School. PumaGirl James notes that she has not been told off once by the teachers, suggesting a positive and supportive teaching environment. Ameritico Aka Jack Greenhalgh, who has ADHD, mentions that the teachers at the nursery were understanding and helpful in accommodating his needs. Bullying and Neglect
Unfortunately, several reviews highlight concerns about bullying and neglect at the school. Armine Max Arminemax claims that teachers pick on children for no reason, and that she was bullied by a teacher who would make up stories about her. She also accuses another teacher of not believing her when she tried to report a bullying incident involving a classmate. This lack of action has led her to declare that the school should be closed down.
