Our team, led by Caroline, the owner, has a wealth of experience in managing weddings, formal dinners, and banqueting. Caroline's background includes managing weddings and formal dinners at York's Merchant Taylor's Hall, as well as working at some of the finest establishments around, including Ripley Castle, Chevin Lodge, York's Fairfax House, and other historic houses and museums. We've even had the pleasure of serving royalty, including Prince William and Kate Middleton, as well as other notable figures such as Gordon Brown MP, HRH King Charles, Robert Hardy, and Dame Judy Dench.

Our scheduled day courses and bespoke one-off courses cover a range of topics, from making perfect souffles to Aga cooking and preparing the perfect dinner table. We can even arrange private courses and demonstrations for your group of friends.
