Our intimate, friendly, and professionally run studio is based in Mill Hill, North/North West London, and we cater to complete beginners through to advanced Pilates students.

Our Services

We offer a range of services designed to improve your overall fitness and wellbeing. Our group Matwork classes are limited to a maximum of 9 people, ensuring you receive personalized attention and guidance. We also offer one-to-one private sessions, which can be tailored to your specific needs and goals. In addition, we provide online Zoom classes for those who prefer to work out in the comfort of their own home.
