Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected events may occur, and we do our best to accommodate schedule changes. However, we kindly ask that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or changing appointments. This policy is in place out of respect for our stylists and other clients, as last-minute cancellations can be challenging to fill.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for purchase, either in the salon or by telephone order. We can simply post them out to you, making them an ideal gift for a loved one.

At Stephen & Co Hairdressing, we accept all major credit cards, including American Express and Apple Pay. We do not accept cash. We have also introduced a cash-free gratuity app, and your stylist can provide you with details.
