Services
CNC Milling
Our CNC milling capabilities handle complex 3-axis and 4-axis machining using Mastercam-programmed systems. With machines accepting files in STEP, IGES, or DXF formats, we produce high-tolerance components up to 1000mm x 500mm. Our XYZ 1010 vertical milling centre with programmable 4th axis complements smaller machines for versatile batch production.
CNC Turning
Specialising in CNC turning from 3mm to 560mm diameters, we handle components up to 1.5 metres in length. Our Hurco TM8i and XYZ SLX series machines accommodate both small prototypes and large batch runs, with multifeed bar feeders and programmable systems ensuring consistent accuracy across aerospace and industrial applications.
Manual Machining
Complementing our CNC capabilities, manual machining includes cylindrical, centreless, and surface grinding. We re-grind cutting tools using dedicated equipment while maintaining precision with conventional machinery like power presses, guillotines, and heat treatment ovens for specialist component finishing.

Our ISO 9001-certified quality system features Faro Gage Arm inspection for high-tolerance verification and reverse engineering.
