Hall Farm Cottages is a family-run business situated in the heart of the Norfolk Broads, offering luxurious holiday cottages for a relaxing getaway. Our journey began in the 1990s when Ivor and Linda Hudson transformed a group of tired old barns into beautiful, comfortable cottages. Today, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch accommodations, exceptional customer service, and unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Our Story
Once upon a time in the heart of the Norfolk Broads, some beautiful barns fell into disrepair and were no longer fit for use. Ivor and Linda Hudson had the vision and took the barns that had been used as milking parlours by the tenants of Hall Farm since the 1920s and created Hall Farm Cottages. Over the winter of 1997/98, they started with a tired old barn and its outbuildings and although the barns were originally built in the 1920s, it is believed that some of the materials used, such as the roof trusses, date back to the 16th century.

We have a selection of accessible cottages, perfect for guests with disabilities, and dog-friendly cottages for those who want to bring their furry friends along. For larger groups, we can accommodate up to 54 people in our spacious cottages, making us an ideal choice for corporate events, weddings, and family gatherings.

With amazing walks on the doorstep, we are surrounded by wildlife and award-winning beaches just 20 minutes drive away. Our cottages are equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including fully-fitted kitchens, comfortable bedrooms, and spacious living areas.
