Tina O'Nion, the owner of Wispers, has a rich background in the hair and beauty industry. With extensive experience in cutting and colouring, Tina has worked with some of the most respected names in the industry. Prior to joining Wispers in 2001, Tina was a Technical Ambassador for L'Oreal, which speaks volumes about her expertise and dedication to her craft.
