Are your audiologists qualified?
All our audiologists hold postgraduate qualifications and have extensive NHS/ENT experience. They are registered with relevant professional bodies.
Do you offer home visits?
We provide clinic-based services at our four accessible locations. For mobility-impaired patients, we recommend our Bushey hospital location.
Can I try hearing aids before buying?
Yes, our 30-day trial period allows patients to test devices in real-life situations before commitment.
Do you accept NHS referrals?
We welcome self-referrals and GP referrals. Some services may be available through NHS commissioning, subject to local eligibility criteria.
What aftercare services do you provide?
Our aftercare includes regular check-ups, device adjustments, and ongoing support for the lifetime of your hearing aids at no additional cost.
Are your clinics accessible?
All locations have wheelchair access and hearing loops. We provide appointment time flexibility for patients requiring additional assistance.
