Our Story

Taylor-Roalfe was established in 2001 by Nadine Lamont-Brown, building on the family legacy of her father's accountancy firm, Taylor-Roalfe & Co, which was founded in the mid-1960s. Today, we are a family-run business, with Nadine's daughter Holly involved in the company. We operate from our offices in an oast house on a dairy farm in rural Kent, providing a relaxed and informal environment for our clients.

Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of accountancy and tax advice services, tailored to meet the individual needs of our clients. Our services include accountancy, bookkeeping, VAT, PAYE, payroll, personal tax, company formation and administration, as well as administrative services for property management companies. We specialise in providing bespoke services to individuals and businesses from the sporting world, particularly footballers and agents.

Meet the Team

Our team is led by Nadine Lamont-Brown, a Fellow of ATT and a Fellow of the Certified Public Accountants Association. Nadine is dedicated to providing a personal touch to our clients, explaining complex financial information in an easy-to-understand manner. Our team also includes Holly, our accountant and office manager, who specialises in Automatic-Enrolment workplace pension schemes, employee payroll, PAYE, VAT, bookkeeping, and rental property administration.
