Our Story
Creative Telecoms was founded in 1999 by our current Managing Director, Steve Forkin. With years of experience in the deregulated telecoms industry, Steve identified a gap in the market for a customer-centric approach to business. During the telecommunications land grab of the 1990s, many companies prioritized signing contracts over genuine customer needs. Steve saw an opportunity to counter this approach by focusing on the customer's requirements.
