The business has been passed down through generations, with brothers Paul and Howard Crocker now at the helm.

Off-Plan Purchases

We offer a guaranteed exit route for housebuilders and developers by purchasing their schemes either post-planning or during construction. By doing so, we allow them to mitigate risk and reduce sales and marketing costs. Our offers are also board-approved and not subject to valuation, providing certainty and security for our partners.

Completed Stock

We also provide a solution for developers to sell their completed stock in one transaction. This allows them to quickly move on to their next project, reducing sales and marketing costs and ensuring a quick exit from the scheme.

Our Portfolio

Delph Property Group has an impressive portfolio of residential properties across the UK. Our investment portfolio includes a range of properties, from 100 to 300 units, in city centre locations across the country. Since 2013, we have purchased 18 different buildings, including the recently acquired Staines-upon-Thames development, which features 70 one and two-bedroom apartments and 35 parking spaces.
