CNC Milling
We offer CNC milling services for billets up to 600mm x 250mm x 250mm in most materials, including steel, brass, aluminum, and plastics, for both large and small batches. Our extensive milling capacity and experience ensure a first-class service for the manufacture of precision components for all our clients.
CNC Turning
Based in Buckinghamshire, Dawnfire offers CNC turning services using modern turning centres with extensive capacity. All turned parts can be manufactured to exact specification from drawing in a wide range of materials, including steel, aluminum, brass, and nylon, as well as exotic materials.
CNC Machining & Conventional Machining
As precision engineers offering the complete manufacturing solution, we offer both CNC machining services as well as conventional machining primarily for secondary operations on our main CNC-based production. All components are manufactured to the highest standards with ISO 9001 quality standards and materials traceability.
Finishing
As part of our one-stop-shop approach, we are able to offer a range of secondary services to complement our principal CNC machining services. These services include powder coating and paint finishing, electroplating and chemical conversions, as well as hardening, stress relieving, and degassing.
