Residential Care Experience at The Heathers
The Heathers, a family-owned residential care home, has received a glowing review from Keith Williams, who rates it 5 stars. His mother-in-law had to move into the home earlier last year, and Keith's wife went to check out several options before choosing The Heathers. Keith praises the home, stating that his mother-in-law "couldn't have made a better decision" and that it's the kindest, most caring, and compassionate place for loved ones to live their remaining days.
The Heathers' family-owned nature is seen as a significant factor in the excellent care provided to residents. The staff employed by the home are committed and caring, and communication with family members is exceptional. Keith's wife spent a lot of time at the home during her mother's final weeks, and the experiences they witnessed only added to their faith that there are genuinely good homes like The Heathers.
Sadly, Keith's mother-in-law was near the end of her life when she moved into the home, but the time she spent there has brought Keith's family great comfort, knowing that she passed away surrounded by compassionate carers.
