We offer a comprehensive range of services, including CNC milling, CNC turning, manual turning and milling, broaching, gear cutting, keyway cutting, and press work up to 80 tonnes. Our state-of-the-art equipment and skilled workforce enable us to produce high-quality components from a wide range of materials, including brass, copper, aluminum, steel, and plastic. We cater to various industries, such as automotive, agricultural, motorbike, and railway, among others.
Our Capabilities
Our extensive range of equipment includes Emco CNC lathes, Doosan Lynx CNC lathe, Hurco milling machines, and more. We can produce parts up to 65mm from bar stock and up to a maximum of 420mm chuck work in all metals. Our commitment to quality is reinforced by our state-of-the-art CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) ensuring accuracy and precision throughout production.
