Poor Experience with Unhelpful Staff
The reviewer, Jeffrey Murphy, had a dreadful experience at the office. He visited the office to get a passport photo signed by an accountant and was willing to pay any amount for the service. Unfortunately, he was met with a cold reception, despite the festive atmosphere with people decorating a Christmas tree. The staff blatantly refused to assist him, showing no holiday cheer.
Lack of Help During a Critical Time
What's more, the reviewer was trying to avoid burdening his local doctor or friends in the police due to the COVID-19 situation. However, he felt that the office staff were too busy counting their profits and preparing for their own celebrations to lend a helping hand to a local resident in need.
