Established since 1994, PP Construction Ltd is a groundwork and civil engineering contractor based in the South East of England. With over 25 years of experience, we have built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects on time, to budget, and safely.

Our Services

We offer a range of groundwork and civil engineering services to our clients, including major earthworks, sub-structures, concrete frames, highway works, soft and hard landscaping works, drainage and caissons up to 10m deep, infrastructure and services works, temporary works, land surveys, and minor demolition.

Our Approach

We pride ourselves on our ability to support our production team, employing fully qualified engineers who utilise the latest technology to assist them in their work. Our site managers and site foremen are trained in Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS), and our health and safety department is led by a full-time NEBOSH accredited Manager.

Our Expertise

We have experience working in various sectors, including defence, custodial, commercial, retail, education, residential, infrastructure, highways, and for local authorities. We regularly partner with our clients from an early stage, assisting them to plan and programme the works efficiently. During our pre-construction phase, we also assist our clients with value engineering and buildability exercises.

We operate under various forms of contract, including JCT, NEC, and client bespoke forms of contracts.

Our Accreditations

We hold BSI9001:2008 and CHAS accreditations and are working towards BSI9001:2015, BSI14001, and OHSAS18001. We also have our own Health and Safety Department, managed by a NEBOSH accredited manager, and carry out regular internal workshops at manager and operative level.
