Automation

We have invested heavily in automation, and our cutting-edge Erowa Automation robots are among the few in the UK. Our automation cells are designed to streamline our production process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Our recent investment of 1 million in automation demonstrates our commitment to innovation and staying ahead of the curve.

Materials and Finishes

We work with a range of materials, including aluminium, stainless steel, plastics, brass, and copper, as well as controlled expansion alloys such as Kovar, Invar, and various other high nickel alloys. We also offer a range of finishes, including chemical conversion, anodising, nickel plating, and gold plating.

We also hold customer-specific approvals, most notably customer-specific aerospace approvals. Our suppliers hold ISO9001 approval, and our aerospace material suppliers hold AS9120 approval, while our aerospace treatment suppliers hold NADCAP approval.

Approvals and Standards

We work to a range of approvals and standards, including ARP1176 guidelines for cleaning and packaging of oxygen components for aerospace requirements. We also work to customer-specific requirements for commercial components, including the requirements for clean rooms. Our supply strategies include Just In Time (JIT), Kanban, Stockholding for Call Off, and more.
