CNC Milling
Our 5-axis CNC milling capabilities produce complex geometries with tolerances to 0.001mm. Using YCM and HAAS machines, we handle materials from aluminium alloys to titanium for aerospace components. The process combines high-speed machining with offline programming to ensure dimensional accuracy across prototypes to production runs.
CNC Turning
Mazak and EMCO lathes enable precision turning of components up to 500mm diameter. Our capabilities include multi-axis simultaneous machining and bar-fed production. Advanced tooling systems maintain surface finishes below Ra0.8m while maintaining tight concentricity tolerances for critical defence applications.
Quality Control
Three Aberlink CMMs, Mitutoyo shadowgraph, and Trimos gauges verify conformance to ASME Y14.5 standards. Statistical process control (SPC) monitors critical dimensions in real-time. We provide full inspection reports including GD&T analysis and first-article inspection (FAI) documentation for aerospace clients.
Design Consultation
Our engineers collaborate on design-for-manufacture (DFM) to optimise part geometry for CNC production. Using Mastercam and CAD/CAM software, we identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining functional requirements. This includes material selection advice and tolerance stack analysis for complex assemblies.
Prototype Manufacturing
