At South East Coffee Company, we're a friendly, family-run business passionate about delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers in Norwich, Norfolk. Since our inception in March 2012, we've been committed to staying at the forefront of innovation in the coffee trade, working closely with our customers to bring new and exciting developments to the market.
Our Story
Our team is motivated by a clear understanding of the commercial and specialty coffee markets, and we're dedicated to helping our customers increase their coffee sales using creative ideas and involving them directly in the process of tasting different coffees from around the world and ultimately creating their own unique coffee. In February 2013, we formed an alliance with our roasters in North Norfolk, marking the beginning of a journey of roasting and developing many wonderful coffees. Our chief roaster, Martin, has been roasting coffee for over 30 years, and together, we've created many great coffees for our existing customers.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of services to cater to the diverse needs of our customers. Our roastery is equipped with a unique, traditional 1950s Whitmee 'Open flame' roaster, which allows us to produce high-quality, unique coffees through a slow, traditional roasting process. We also offer bespoke blends, tailored to our customers' specific needs. Our comprehensive product range includes over 27 single-origin coffees from around the world, which can be blended to create a unique flavour profile.
In addition to our roasting services, we provide barista training, equipment leasing, installation, servicing, and maintenance services to ensure our customers have everything they need to create the perfect cup of coffee. We also supply a range of light equipment, including tableware and crockery, to cater to the diverse needs of our customers.
