We have a Designated Safeguarding Team who have received training from the local authority, and all of our staff members undertake regularly safeguarding training. We also have a whistle blowing policy and follow a safer recruitment procedure, which includes interview, trial day, two references are requested, one being from a previous employer, a doctor's report is requested, and prospective candidates are required to have an enhanced DBS check.
