Pilates Classes

Our Pilates classes are designed to be fun, engaging, and challenging. We offer classes in various locations, including Primrose Hill, Belsize Park, and Hampstead, as well as online sessions via Zoom. Our classes are tailored to individual needs and goals, and we strive to create a supportive and non-intimidating environment for all participants.

Pilates Retreats

Our Pilates retreats offer a unique opportunity to combine Pilates practice with relaxation and self-discovery. We've hosted retreats in Majorca, the Lake District, South Africa, and France, and we're always looking to explore new destinations. Our retreats are designed to be a holistic experience, incorporating Pilates classes, massage therapy, and healthy living practices.

Pilates DVD

Our Pilates DVD is a comprehensive and easy-to-follow guide to Pilates practice at home. Our DVD features customized workouts for various fitness levels and goals, as well as relaxation techniques and breathwork exercises.

Sarah's Background

Before becoming a Pilates instructor, Sarah worked in the music industry, managing artists, tour managing, and organizing events. After her own back issues, she discovered the benefits of Pilates and decided to pursue a career in the fitness industry. Sarah trained with the YMCA, focusing on Exercise to Music, Aqua Aerobics, and Anatomy and Physiology, before completing a 3-year Pilates training course with Michael King. She has also attended numerous courses and workshops with renowned Pilates instructors, including Lolitta San Miguel, Sarah Irwin, Rebecca Leone, Alan Herdman, and Kathy Corey.

Continuing Education

Sarah believes that ongoing training and education are essential to staying current and effective in the field of Pilates. She continues to attend workshops and courses, including courses with Dr. Bruce Crawford, who introduced her to Pelvic Floor Pilates. Sarah has also qualified in Dr. Crawford's Pfilates program and is able to teach specific Pelvic Floor exercises.
