PAT Testing
Our comprehensive PAT testing service examines electrical appliances for safety compliance. Qualified engineers perform visual inspections and electronic tests to identify potential hazards. We issue detailed certificates and maintain records for 5 years, ensuring businesses meet legal safety requirements while minimising operational disruption.
Landlord Compliance
Specialist PAT testing for rental properties covers kitchen appliances, white goods, and tenant-provided equipment. We provide itemised reports and certificates to satisfy insurance requirements and tenant safety obligations. Our engineers can coordinate directly with tenants for convenient scheduling.
Event Equipment Testing
We test sound, lighting, and AV equipment for events and performances. Our engineers work at height to inspect theatre rigging and stage equipment, combining safety testing with cleaning services to reduce fire hazards from dust accumulation in hard-to-reach areas.
School Lighting Testing
Specialised PAT testing for educational institutions covers theatre lighting, AV systems, and classroom equipment. We provide detailed reports that meet safety regulations while offering practical maintenance advice for school facilities teams.
Emergency Testing
Fast-response PAT testing service for last-minute requirements. We prioritise urgent bookings and can typically complete testing within 48 hours, providing essential certificates for venues, insurance providers, or regulatory compliance.
