Our Story

W Fitness is a ladies-only fitness studio located in Horsforth, dedicated to helping women achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and friendly environment. Our journey began with the vision of creating a space where women can feel comfortable, motivated, and empowered to take control of their health and wellbeing. Our founders, Hannah and Caroline, are passionate about fitness and committed to helping women of all ages and fitness levels reach their full potential.

Our Services

At W Fitness, we offer a unique 30-minute circuit training program designed specifically for women. Our circuit is divided into 10 stations, each targeting specific muscles to provide a full-body workout. We also provide a range of fitness classes, including Zumba, HIIT workouts, Fitness Yoga, Body Blast, Targeted Workouts, and Stretch Sessions. Our personal training sessions are tailored to each individual's goals and fitness level, providing one-on-one guidance and support.
