Our team of therapists is led by Nadya Giffen, a fully qualified and experienced complementary therapist with over 20 years of experience. Nadya is qualified in a range of therapies, including remedial deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, lymphatic drainage, hot stone massage, and aromatherapy. She is also a fully qualified fitness instructor and Pilates teacher, specializing in Pilates for orthopedic conditions, pre- and postnatal Pilates, and fitness Pilates.
Our team also includes Kasia Krompic, Bea Masters, Alison Orde, Rachel Moffatt, Nicky Goss, Dawn Kett, and Daisy, each with their own unique skills and specialties. We are dedicated to providing a welcoming and supportive environment for our clients, and our therapists work together as a team to ensure that each client receives the highest level of care and attention.
