Foxcombe Bakehouse has come a long way since its humble beginnings in 1998, when Helen first started baking a few cakes at her kitchen table and selling them at the local pannier market. Today, we supply over 150 shops, farm shops, garden centres, garages, and tourist attractions across the South West and beyond, having evolved from a cottage industry to a successful business. Our range of products includes pasties, cakes, and other baked goods, all made using traditional recipes and the finest ingredients.
Our History
- 1998: Pasties & Cakes - We started baking our cakes and pasties in Lewdown.
- 2003: A Move to Foxcombe - We moved to Foxcombe Farm and set up the bakery in the farmhouse.
- 2013: Our First Award - We won our first Taste of the West award.
- 2019: We're Plastic Free - All of our packaging is now plastic-free.
