Services
Our commercial electrical service covers installation, inspection, testing, maintenance and compliance for business premises. We undertake distribution board upgrades, emergency lighting, EICRs, thermal imaging, PAT testing, EV charger installations and reactive repairs. Through planned preventative maintenance and clear certification, we help commercial clients maintain safe, compliant electrical installations with minimal disruption. 
Our services for landlords cover the key electrical requirements of rental properties, including EICR inspections, EET Testing, consumer unit upgrades, remedial works and certification. We provide a single point of service for inspections and subsequent electrical work, with formal written reports and digital certificates. Where repairs are necessary, we complete the work ourselves and re-test the relevant circuits before re-certification. 
Our domestic electrical service encompasses essential repairs, safety checks and electrical installations for residential properties. We carry out full and partial rewires, consumer unit upgrades, fault finding, EICRs, lighting installations, socket and switch additions, security lighting and EV charger installations. We can also undertake smart home wiring and electrical work in kitchens and bathrooms to current regulations. 
We install modern consumer units designed to provide improved protection across individual electrical circuits. The work involves removing the old fuse board, fitting a metal-clad unit with RCBOs and surge protection, then testing every circuit. A standard domestic replacement generally takes four to six hours, with certification provided on the same day for most installations. 
We offer professional rewiring for properties requiring safer, more suitable electrical systems. Signs that an installation may need attention include flickering lights, repeated tripping, burning smells, warm or discoloured sockets and a lack of RCD protection. An EICR can establish whether full or partial work is appropriate. Full rewiring starts from 4,500, subject to a site survey and property conditions. 
When an electrical fault occurs, we investigate the cause carefully instead of relying on guesswork or temporary fixes. We inspect accessible wiring and the consumer unit before carrying out relevant electrical tests to pinpoint the problem. After identifying the cause, we undertake the repair, verify the circuit through further testing and issue supporting documentation. 
Our garden lighting installations combine practical illumination with careful highlighting of outdoor features. We fit LED spotlights, ground uplighters, spike lights and wall-mounted fittings according to the garden's shape and intended use. Patio, decking, driveway and pathway lighting can also be incorporated. Outdoor circuits are wired and protected specifically for the conditions they face.

I asked Mark to upgrade the existing out of date fuse board and to trace and rectify a fault in the kitchen circuit which was repeatedly tripping out. He turned up absolutely on time (on a Saturday) very efficiently replaced the board and tidied up the previous unsightly wiring arrangement. He was most professional and informative and gave excellent advice regarding the temperamental failed circuit - which he was then able to rectify permanently quite swiftly on a second visit Monday morning. He will be my first port of call for any future electrical work required.Thoroughly recommended.

Absolutely amazing service from mark and his team from start to finish. My grandparents had a rogue electrician start a rewire and after multiple broken time frames and dodgy situations left and not dealt with we contacted MS Electrical to come by and redo / fix what was needed to get them in a safe and signed of situation.... Mark provided an amazing Service and came out within 2 hours of my initial call. He was very fair and honest in that he offered time to walk through self help trouble shooting steps over the phone to eliminate issues that I might have been able to find myself. Upon diagnosing the issue he worked very swiftly to resolve it and left the area clean and tidy and charged a price which was more than fair. I'm highly impressed with his service and will be calling again if in need of any further electrical work.

Best person for the job.
Mark came out the same day we phoned, which was a huge relief. Our electrics had gone completely, but he quickly found the issue and fixed it. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he was professional and reassuring throughout.

Mark was fantastic, had a full distribution board bord replacement. Responsive with communication, came to have a look before quotation noticed a earth connection was bad sorted it there and then.
