Our Services

Our team is skilled in manual therapy, including deep tissue release, spinal and joint mobilisations, and other effective techniques to promote healing and recovery. We can help you with the treatment of various conditions, such as back and neck pain, sciatica, arthritis, sports injuries, sprains and strains, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Additionally, our foot care specialist provides expert advice and treatment for foot-related issues, including corns, callus, and cracked heels. Our remedial massage therapist offers a range of massage therapies, including ultrasound treatment, Indian head massage, and Hopi ear candle treatment, to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.
Our Team
Our team of professionals is dedicated to providing outstanding treatment and care. Our physiotherapists, Frances Allen and Rianne van Vugt, are both experienced and qualified Chartered Physiotherapists with many years of experience in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Ginny Parsons, our foot care specialist, has been providing expert foot care advice and treatment since 2005. Eileen Grant, our remedial massage therapist, has over 10 years of experience in helping people achieve better health and well-being through massage therapy.
Appointments and Fees
We offer flexible appointment scheduling, including early morning, evening, and Saturday appointments. We also provide home visits at an additional cost. To make an appointment, simply contact us on 01425 472202 or fill in our online contact form. We accept self-referrals, and you do not need to visit your GP unless you plan to claim our fees from your Health Insurance scheme. Our fees are competitive and transparent, and we provide clear details on our pricing structure.
