Disappointing Experiences
Multiple reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with the service provided by the company. Zoe Barber was asked repeatedly for a quote, only to be assigned a date and time that was not feasible. Despite being told that another date would not be possible, the technician showed up 25 minutes early, knowing that Barber would not be present. Barber took her business elsewhere, deeming the service a complete waste of time.
Vanda Kovalevska reported a poor quality job, stating that the technicians would not answer any questions she had, leaving her "in her own house" until they finished their work. The job took over a week to complete, and Kovalevska warned others to stay away from the company.
Jamie Ranson was left high and dry when the technicians failed to show up for their scheduled appointment. Although they had contacted Ranson earlier to postpone the appointment, they did not follow through with their promise.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, Adele Cartwright and Sandra Robertson both had excellent experiences with the company. Cartwright praised the high-quality workmanship and great results, while Robertson was thrilled with the transformation of her hallway, crediting the company's design suggestion for the success.
