We also offer finished and semi-finished stocks in grades 10.9 /12.9, stainless steel, and European B7/L7 in Hexagon and Socket products, from M10 > M64 with lengths up to 800 mm. If you prefer to purchase the finished component, including surface coatings and patching requirements, these can be supplied through our network of locally based quality assured subcontract companies and engineers. Test Certificates are available on over 95% of our products, and in most cases, if required, a copy of the original mill certificate is available.

We source our products from quality-assured manufacturers with relationships that have stood the test of time. All of our suppliers have been visited and audited in line with our stringent quality requirements, and 95% of our products are sourced from and with European materials. Our products are available with BS EN 10204 3.1, Registration to BS EN ISO 9001-2015, and Hydrogen embrittlement checks.

Hydrogen embrittlement occurs in heat-treated products which are chemically cleaned and/or subject to electro-chemical treatments. In the course of the coating process, Hydrogen may be absorbed, which can result in the product failure. Parts that are considered to be at risk have a tensile strength equal to or greater than 10.9 (Metric) T quality/SAE 8 (Imperial). Baking (De-Embrittlement) will minimise this risk, but complete elimination of Hydrogen embrittlement cannot be assured or guaranteed.
