Fastener Manufacturing
We specialise in precision-engineered male threaded fasteners from 1.5mm to 18mm diameter, using cold forming and thread rolling techniques. Our capabilities include producing SEMS screws, double-ended studs, and bespoke security fasteners. Components are manufactured to BS/EN/DIN/ISO standards with options for custom specifications.
Custom Design
Our in-house tool room supports development of non-standard fasteners through prototyping and trial production. We collaborate with clients to create unique solutions including tri-lobular threads and paint-clearing profiles. This service includes design validation and production feasibility testing.
Material Selection
We work with diverse metals including stainless steel (304/316/430), brass, aluminium, and phosphor bronze.
