Security Breaches
Some customers have experienced subpar security services from City Security, as evidenced by reviews from Paul Gower and Lee Stevenson. Paul Gower gave the company 2 stars, citing poor customer care and service after his items were misplaced at an Argyle seat and then moved to the control centre without any communication. Lee Stevenson was violently pushed by a security guard while he was minding his own business, resulting in him getting knocked to the floor and covered in alcohol.
Excellent Service
On a more positive note, City Security has also received praise from some customers. Marc Lesslie and Ben Hq both gave the company 5-star reviews, praising their solid, professional, and friendly service. Marc Lesslie noted that the security team was capable of handling unruly behavior properly and was happy to have them as the first point of contact for their pub. Ben Hq had complete confidence in City Security's ability to provide the security needs of HQ Bar in Tavistock, describing them as a "class act".
