Our Approach
At Zen-Shin, we teach traditional Shotokan Karate, originating from Japan, alongside kickboxing. Our diverse classes cater to a wide range of ages and abilities, offering:
- Little Ninja Karate: Develop coordination, listening skills, and self-control in young learners (5-6 years).
- Junior Karate: Improve coordination, confidence, and self-control in children (7-11 years).
