Established in 2009, I have been helping home and business customers with there IT needs for 15+ years. I aim to offer a quick and professional service putting your IT needs first.

Computer Support, Services and Repairs

Here is a list of our most common services provided and what we do. If you need something done and it's not listed, just contact us to discuss your needs, and we will help as best we can.

• PC Health Check: This process usually takes between 30 - 60 minutes but can be longer on older or slower machines. We remove all unwanted and unnecessary temporary files, optimise the system for faster start-up and operation, check for virus/spyware, and remove them if detected. We remove any unwanted or old programs and configure Windows updates. We check and fix errors in the registry.
• System Setup: This can take anywhere from 15 - 90+ minutes, depending on what needs doing. Whether you have just purchased a new PC and need help setting it up or if you need assistance with configuring your printer/scanner, email, and internet connection, Websters Computers can help. We can also transfer your data from an old machine.
• Software Problems: This usually takes between 15 - 60 minutes, but can be longer on older or slower machines. If you are experiencing difficulties installing some software or if you have installed something that has caused unwanted side effects, we can help.
• Hardware Upgrades: We can advise and install all hardware to ensure you get the best value and performance for your requirements. So, if your computer is struggling to run the latest games or software or you just want to increase the amount of memory or want a larger hard drive, just contact us to discuss your needs.
• Networking (Wireless/Wired): Do you want to use your laptop anywhere in the house or want to play your games console online or connect multiple computers to the internet? Then a home network is the answer. We can advise and set up a wireless or wired network at your home. We can set up and share your internet connection, printer, and files and ensure it is fast and secure.
• Virus/Spyware Removal: This can take anywhere from 15 - 90+ minutes, depending on the severity of the infection. (Reloads can take 2-3 working days). If your computer is behaving abnormally or doing things unexpectedly, it may be infected with a virus or spyware.
