Unsatisfactory Experiences
Numerous reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with the company's service, citing issues with responsiveness, reliability, and timeliness. Aaron, who gave the company 1 star, reported that they had to deal with non-responsive email and an almost impossible time reaching someone, leading them to switch to a different supplier. Nb, another 1-star reviewer, mentioned that they requested the return of a vending machine in April, but despite constant chasing, the machine had still not been delivered by September.
