You may benefit from the Right to Manage Process, which is available to all flat-owners in most blocks, where certain qualifying criteria apply. Alternatively, if you have already established a Right to Manage or own a share of the Freehold of your property, but are unhappy with the way the block is being managed or run, you have the right to seek a change in the management by knowing how to exercise your authority as a Director or Shareholder of the Management Company.
