Our philosophy is to offer a total engineered solution from product design and development to providing the finished item to our customers. Our team of fully qualified specialists is ready to produce one-off parts or medium to large batches as required. We cater to various sectors of the engineering industry, including workholding, jigs and fixtures, plastic injection mould tooling, machine tool components, automotive components, aerospace components, classic car and motorcycle components, autosport components, and medical components.

• An XYZ 1510 with a 320mm Fourth Axis
• Overhead cranes up to 3.2 tonnes

Software

We have recently installed Redant Production Controlled Software, which utilises the latest Microsoft Development Languages and Microsoft SQL 2008/2012.

Milling Section

Our milling section is equipped with:

• CNC Milling XYZ Mini Mill 560X 400Y 500Z with a 8000rpm Spindle and 16 Station Tool Magazine
• Bridgeport Series 1 Interact 500X 350Y 500Z

Turning Section

Our turning section features:

• CNC Turning XYZ Proturn 420
• Colchester Mascot 1600
• Colchester Bantam 2000
• Ward 7 Combination Turret Lathe

Conventional Milling

Our conventional milling section includes:

EDM and Spark Erosion

We offer EDM and spark erosion services using Fanuc Tape Cut Wire Eroder and Hurco 900M 50Amp Spark Eroder.
