- I booked an asbestos garage removal. The process was straight forward with great customer service, sending over the quote and arranging a suitable date. The two man team who removed the garage were also excellent, leaving the area spotless.
Negative Feedback
- Awful service. Gave me a date. Then three days before changed the date for two days later. Had confirmation it would happen even gave me the name of the engineer. Then the day after that had an email to say it would be another seven days.
- Got a quote which was approved on their system almost 2 months ago. They booked the works mid May. On the day before, at 4:00 PM I received an email saying they are not coming the next day and that my works have been booked 2 weeks from the original date. Can't believe that a company who does this it is still trading. Had to find another company and pay urgency rates otherwise my landscaper would have not been able to start.
