Mixed Reviews of Hewitt's Services
Positive Experiences
The review by Lynne Ross stands out as a shining example of the company's capability to provide excellent service. With the guidance of Diane and Dave, Lynne was able to resolve a 12-month-old issue with a "drain" smell in her ensuite shower room, leaving her extremely grateful.
Negative Experiences
On the other hand, several reviewers have expressed disappointment and frustration with Hewitt's services. Kieron Bradshaw's 1-star review highlights the company's poor quality of work, citing a leaking plug in a bath they installed and a generally subpar job. The reviewer also shared photos of the outside of the bath, which appeared to be in disarray.
Liam Shaw's review takes a more aggressive tone, criticizing the company's driver for reckless behavior on the road, including nearly swerving into other vehicles while using a phone.
