The estate agent failed to provide vital contact information, leaving potential customers frustrated and inconvenienced. One reviewer, Parakat, reported wasting 4 hours and 40 on fuel after the agent failed to show up, with no indication that they were present or available to help. The agent claimed they were in the office below the house, but despite standing outside for 15 minutes, they failed to check outside or acknowledge the customer. The agent was also accused of lying about street parking in the area, making the travel even more useless.
