Darren has been a chef for over 20 years, working with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Marco Pierre White and Paul Heathcote. He has held positions as Head Chef and Executive Chef with various restaurant groups, including Piccalino and Mitchells and Butlers. With his extensive experience and passion for cooking, Darren has created a menu that is both innovative and delicious.
