Booking a service is easy - simply contact us via email (info@gearedupcycles.com), phone (01483 234812), or our online booking tool, and if necessary, we can arrange a Collection & Delivery service for your convenience. Please make sure to drop off your bike at our store by 10:30 am on the day of the booking, or the working day before, to allow ample time for our technicians to complete the service.

Servicing & Repairs

Our Silver Service is our most popular option for riders seeking a basic once-over. This comprehensive service includes drivetrain checks, adjustments, and lubrication, brake checks and adjustments, headset and bottom bracket checks and adjustments, nut and bolt torque checks, tyre checks and inflation, and a complete frame wipe-down.

Our Gold Service offers an even more thorough cleaning and maintenance process. In addition to the Silver Service, we disassemble, clean, and degrease the drivetrain, reassemble it with fresh lubrication and re-indexing, and clean and wipe down the frame using Muc-Off Waterless Wash. We also offer an optional Muc-Off Chain Optimisation Treatment for an additional fee to enhance chain efficiency.

Our premium Platinum Service is the ultimate strip-and-rebuild experience. This comprehensive service includes everything from the Gold Service, plus the cleaning, re-greasing, and adjustments of headsets, bottom brackets, and hubs. For the ultimate performance, our Muc-Off Hydrodynamic Lube is used, and Ludicrous AF Lube can be added at an additional cost for those seeking the epitome of cycling efficiency.

Bikes & Accessories

Here at Geared Up Cycles, we offer a broad selection of bicycles and cycling accessories. Our current bike of the month is the Merida Silex 200, available at the reduced price of 915 (originally 1250). Our range of bicycles caters to riders of all ages and abilities, and our accessory selection includes essential items such as helmets, locks, and cycling clothing.

Sutton Green & UOS Locations

Geared Up Cycles operates out of two primary locations. Our Sutton Green shop, located within the Sutton Green Garden Centre on Whitmoor Lane in Guildford, Surrey, is easily accessible for those in the Woking area. Our University of Surrey location, known as The Hideout, can be found on Spine Road within the Stag Hill Campus.
