Issues with Completion and Quality
However, Kim Reilly had a different experience, giving a one-star rating. She stated that working with David Noyes has been the biggest and most costly mistake of her life. He took cash upfront for a job he quoted her for refurbishing her Brighton flat, but he has gone over by four months and it is only 75 per cent finished, of which 50 per cent is not up to building standards and will have to be redone. Kim believes David is at best incompetent and worst dangerous in her honest opinion and experience.

Collaboration and Workmanship
Lastly, Lee Chapman gave a five-star rating, praising Dave and Marcus from City Attics who recently built two lofts for him. He was recommended them by a friend who had also worked alongside them in the past. Lee is the owner of his own building company and has seen plenty of clueless trades who haven't got the first idea about construction, but he can firmly say these blokes have the knowledge and the workmanship to do a perfect job. They were always punctual, polite, and a good laugh to work with. Lee can't fault them and is looking forward to working with them in future projects he has.
