Disappointing Stay
Our analysis reveals that some guests had disappointing experiences during their stay at Heacham Manor Hotel. Hazza Cyrus, for instance, gave the hotel a low rating of 2 stars and expressed disappointment with the lack of air conditioning in their room, which was a major issue given the presence of elderly persons in their group. They also found the showers to be malfunctioning and the staff to be unhelpful.
