Our Services

We offer a range of services, including RICS Level 2 Home Surveys, Building Cost Assessments, and RICS Red Book Valuations. Our RICS Level 2 Home Survey is a comprehensive and extensive survey report that provides a clear 'traffic light' rating of the condition of the property, highlighting any problems that require repair and maintenance. Our Building Cost Assessments provide the re-instatement cost of buildings for insurance purposes, using the latest up-to-date information provided by the Building Cost Information Service. Our RICS Red Book Valuations meet the formal requirements for a variety of purposes, including 'Help to Buy', tax, probate, matrimonial, and retrospective reasons.

Meet the Team

Our team is led by Guy Standley FRICS, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with over thirty years of property experience. Guy is the founding director of Standley Estates Ltd and is passionate about providing the very best service in residential property surveys and valuations. Our Office Manager, Jen Standley, has a life-long career in sales, marketing, PA, and office management, which has been paramount and invaluable in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the business. And, of course, we can't forget Millie, our Canine Doorbell, who keeps our feet warm in the winter and ensures we never miss a delivery!
