Situated on the grounds of St John's Primary School, we offer a safe, secure, and stimulating environment where children can explore, learn, and develop at their own pace. Our nursery operates under the management of the Principal and is governed by St John's Board of Governors. We are committed to fostering early literacy and numeracy skills through our Getting Ready to Learn Programme, which includes home lending book packs. Our curriculum aligns with the Department of Education's guidelines, ensuring a structured yet flexible approach to early childhood education.We prioritise parental involvement, offering regular updates and resources to support learning at home. Our team of fully qualified staff, including a nursery teacher and classroom assistant, observe and adapt to children's interests to create tailored learning opportunities. We welcome families of all faith backgrounds and strive to build a strong foundation for future academic and social success. Our sessions run mornings from 9:00 - 11:30 and afternoons from 12:30 - 15:00, five days a week. We maintain strong community ties and were initially supported by funding from the European Union's Special Support Programme for Peace and Reconciliation.
