Customer Service Excellence

Prescription Lenses and Defective Coating
Scott initially purchased a pair of Revision Hellfly ballistic sunglasses with prescription lenses, which unfortunately had a slight defect on the coating. Revision replaced the defective pair with a new, identical pair at no additional cost, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Replacement Nose Pieces and Arms
Over time, the rubber nose pieces on both glasses wore down, prompting Scott to contact Revision's customer service team again. They promptly sent replacement nose pieces for free. Later, when the rubber on the arms of the glasses began to flake off, Scott contacted the team once more, and they replaced the entire arms for both glasses, again at no charge.
