Tiny Tigers Pre School

Welcome to Tiny Tigers Pre-School, a warm and welcoming learning environment that offers a wide range of activities and care for children aged 2yrs-5yrs. Our pre-school provides a stimulating setting where children can thrive and benefit from both adult-led and child-initiated fun-filled days. We are proud to offer a high staff-to-child ratio, ensuring each child receives generous care and attention. Our dedicated staff help scaffold and build on what children already know, and each child has their own key person responsible for their overall care and development.

Our History

Tiny Tigers Pre-School was established in 2003, initially operating from a small setting in Hartley with only 8 children attending at any one time. Over the years, the business grew, and we relocated to Southfleet Village Hall in 2007, serving the local community and surrounding areas for 12 successful years. During this time, our team achieved three good Ofsted grades and an outstanding grade on our most recent Ofsted inspection in April 2018. In January 2020, we relocated to Our Lady of Hartley Primary School, providing us with a permanent home and exciting new opportunities for our team and children.

Our Services

We offer sessional day care between the following times: 9.00am-12.00pm without lunch, 9.00am-13.00pm inclusive of lunch, and 9.00am-15.00pm full day session. We also provide a summer club (optional) and are open 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. Our pre-school provides care and education for children aged 2yrs-5yrs, and we have a range of activities designed to stimulate and engage our children. We have a mud kitchen, and our staff plan activities that are tailored to the individual needs and interests of each child. We also offer a full day session on Fridays for pre-school children, which helps prepare them for school and includes activities such as getting dressed and undressed for P.E., taking part in a register, and many other small group indoor and outdoor activities.
