Benedicte has worked in the recruitment industry since 1984 and has extensive experience in childcare recruitment.

Candidate Screening

At County Nannies, we take candidate screening very seriously. Our nannies, maternity nurses, and nursery staff have all been interviewed in person by us to assess their careers to date, motivation, and reasons for seeking a move. We ask them to bring ID and their relevant qualification documents to the interview. We take up references and advise all candidates to undertake DBS (formerly known as CRB) checks if they do not have a current one.
