Clients receive impression kits with putty and instructions, which are returned for studio production. Each piece retains natural ridges and patterns, preserving the distinct characteristics of fingerprints from babies to adults. Production takes 7-14 working days depending on complexity.
Photo Engraved Lockets
We transform personal photographs into miniature engraved lockets that preserve cherished memories. Customers supply high-resolution images which are cropped and converted into black-and-white engravings. Standard production takes 4 working days after photo approval, with options for sepia or colour finishes available upon request.
Handprint Keepsakes
Our handprint and footprint jewellery uses special wipes and paper to capture detailed impressions. The process includes returnable kits with clear instructions, with production timelines of 7-14 working days. For less defined prints, we offer second kits at 6 to ensure satisfactory results.
Solid Gold Pieces
We craft premium solid gold jewellery using the same personalisation techniques as our silver collection. Available in 9ct and 18ct gold, these pieces require additional production time and carry higher price points. The same quality assurance and warranty apply to all gold items.
Memorial Jewellery

We store impression moulds indefinitely for memorial orders and offer sensitive handling of keepsakes. These items follow the same production timelines and quality standards as our standard collection.

How long does the jewellery production process take?
Production times vary: 4-7 working days for photo-based items, 7 working days for fingerprint pieces after receiving impressions, and 14 working days for completed orders from impression return.
Can I return personalised jewellery?
Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty, incorrectly made, or materially different from the order specification. Non-personalised items may be returned within 90 days in original condition.
Do you offer international delivery?
Yes, we deliver worldwide for £11.50 including impression kit and final item postage. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any import duties in their country.
What payment options are available?
We accept major credit/debit cards and offer Clearpay instalment payments for UK customers. Gift cards cannot be purchased using Clearpay.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Remove jewellery before showering/swimming, avoid abrasive cleaners, store separately, and polish with non-abrasive cloths. Photos in lockets are not sealed and should be protected from moisture.
Can I create bespoke designs?
